How to Order
shopping on the internet is easy. Simply look around the product range of Crafty Krafts, adding the products you require to your shopping cart as you go.
Click on the Left a Catergory , Then you may find other areas in that page, like " magnolia Stamps " EzMounted Stamps" etc, Click again on the one you would like to look in,
Once in and you can see all the products for that area,
You then Click on the Product you are interested in,
Which you will then see a more detailed Image of the said item, along with the Price and Order button,
Click on the " order" button to place items in cart
Once finished shopping click on cart (bottom left)
Checkout either with "paypal express" or the normal way which you will then be asked to place your name address etc in, and choose your payment methods
Paying via credit/debit card & PayPal
Security is the biggest concern for both the consumer and the retailer during an on-line transaction, so at Crafty Krafts we use a secure debit/credit card processing system, which is provided by PayPal.
Please note that goods will only be dispatched to the Confirmed addresses on large orders (If you do not have a confirmed PayPal account you will need to go into your PayPal account & confirm your address which will mean putting in a credit/debit card details in your account, so that PayPal can check with the card details which confirms your address)
Once you have the item(s) in your basket you wish to buy and added the correct postage option,
You will then be taken to PayPal to pay for your goods simply log into your PayPal account and pay for your item(s).
If you don't have PayPal account yet you can register for one before checking out simply go to Paypal Or if you don’t want to register for a PayPal account, You can still pay via Credit/Debit card Through PayPal without a account, Simply look at the bottom left and you will see a statement telling you how you can pay without registering for a account.
Payment via cheque or postal order
If you prefer to pay via cheque or postal order,
At the end of your shopping trip with Crafty Krafts you will need to take the following steps,
Add The Item(s) to your basket that you want to buy, Add the Postage to the order, and then click on either Postal Order Or Cheque,
Once you have done this you will receive a receipt from us containing your order
When paying via Cheque Please note that as per standard banking practice, we allow 5 full working days after receiving your cheque to allow for clearance through the banking system before we dispatch your goods.
And Please when sending payment: include your order number that you are given when you checkout your basket.
Failure to do this could result in a longer wait as we will have to try and find out who the payment is from, which isn't easy if no address or order number has been given with payment!

Please note that if Crafty Krafts have not received your payment in full within 7 days of placing your order, it is automatically cancelled from within the payment system.

NOTICE ABOUT CHECKING OUT WITH PAYPAL!!!
If paying via paypal,Please do make sure you checkout your order completely & wait for the Page to refresh from paypal saying that you have completed your payment before shutting down the page.
If you do not wait for the page to appear saying " Completed Payment" or simlar wording, Then we are unware of your order and the stock will still show up on the shop for others to purchase!
So please do remember if paying via paypal then to carry out the transaction right to the very end where you will be told by paypal that you have made your payment & be asked what you would like to do next, Either return to the store or goto your paypal account.
If of course you are having problems checking out then do please contact us ASAP!
